It depends on my mood. I have many that I relate to from days passed and love the newer "politically" charged tunes as well.
What do you like best about being in the MegaFanClub?
Keeping up to date with the goings on of the band. The little perks aren't a bad thing either.
When did you join the club and what is your MFC member number?
Joined in January, MFC# 5986
What are your thoughts on the new album Endgame?
I absolutely love it. Some of the messages contained are things I've been telling my friends about for years.
What does being a true Megafan mean to you?
It's like being part of an "elite society". Not everybody can have impeccable taste like those in the club. ;)
Why are you a fan of Megadeth?
I love the music, I love the meanings behind the lyrics... Absolute perfection.
Have you got any interesting Megadeth stories for us?
I've been waiting for quite some time to see them again in a smaller venue. I saw them at St. Andrews in Detroit shortly after 9/11. I'd have to say that was the absolute best show I've have ever seen them put on. With the way our country was in turmoil, it just added that extra charge to Dave's performance that night. He was so pissed off and enraged with what was happening and the crowd fed off of that. It felt as if the walls and floor were breathing from the electric energy. I believe that show tops my list for the best concert I've ever seen.

Have you met the band? If so, what did you say?
Yes I met them In San Jose, Ca. and will be meeting them again in Reno, NV. Thanks to a Megafanclub contest I won! I looked Dave square in the eyes, grabbed his hand, took a peek at his watch and with my most serious face I said "I'm honored." I felt as though I was meeting Jesus at the pearly gates. LOL.
What's the furthest you've traveled to see Megadeth?
Fortunately, living in northern California you dont have to travel far to see them. I'd say maybe 100 miles would be the farthest.

That one Dave does in Holy Wars...it makes my soul bleed everytime I hear it!!
Which Megadeth song means the most to you and why?
Holy Wars because when I look back to history and even in current times I discover people doing the most absolutely horrific things to each other in the name of GD religion. It's so GD dispicable. BrOTHER WILL KILL BROTHER....

The swag of course!!
When did you join the club and what is your MFC member number?
I officially joined in May of 2007 A.D. Member #4307

My first thought, and no disrespect to James or Shawn, but the guitar work if f'ing incredible. Secondly, I love the bass and drum work on Endgame. You guys know how to BRING IT!!
What does being a true Megafan mean to you?
To me, being a megafan goes beyond just buying records and posting on the boards. I take personal and financial accountablity for making sure all of my friends and family know about my passion for Megadeth and that I donate when I can to the great causes Dave endorses. The work he's done for the Door of Faith Orphanage brings great joy to my heart.
Why are you a fan of Megadeth?
I'm a fan because I believe in the greatness and power music has to make positive changes on our little planet.
Have you got any interesting Megadeth stories for us?
To my chagrin, and after stomping around the mosh pit for about 2 minutes I was body slammed to the ground by a gigantic samoan woman while at the Clash of the Titans tour back in 1990 or so. Talk about embarrassment. Ugh.
