6.1.2005 - Dave's Dead!?!

What the hell is going on?? Please tell me that Dave is alive and well??!
I was just browsing the web for all things Megadeth (as you do of an evening), and i came across this on a website:

"Megadeth is an American thrash metal band led by Dave Mustaine. The group formed in 1983, disbanded in 2002, and reformed again in 2004. As of this writing, the band's future remains uncertain in the wake of MUSTAINE'S RECENT DEATH."

WTF??!! I nearly had a bloody heart attack reading this!! I've heard and read nothing about this anywhere, and i'm guessing it's bull sh*t, but, just to put my overworked mind at rest - say it aint' so! :(

This information mate, is what one might call rubbish. A spot on example of why you shouldn't believe everything that you read (unless, of course it comes from megadeth.com). Dave has been "reported" dead several times before in the past, in addition to being misquoted, misunderstood, and his words being used out of context can be a recipe for hate and can feed the perpetual rumor mill. Ahhhh. The life of a celebrity. Don't fret my friend, Dave is alive and well, and set to be playing "live" on our side of the pond within the month.
