I?m a big fan of Megadeth and I?m totally in love with the new album, specially the instrumental song ?Conquer or Die!? but I really want I want to know what is the line at the end of the song I think is Latin or something similar.

You are correct, it is Latin from the Biblical Verse: 2 Timothy 3:2. Spoken on the album by USM Latin Professor, Dr. Miles Doleac ...with some studio effects. ;)
