Megadeth kicked off its month-long European tour yesterday (Thursday, May 31) at Metalfest Open Airs 2012 in Dessau, Germany. Dave Mustaine commented on last night's show: "When we were warming up in our dressing room, all the lights went out and we knew something was up but made the best of it. Huge thanks to the fans for coming out in the rain and staying through the technical difficulties that all the bands had. Looking forward to seeing you all again in St. Goarshausen, Germany on Thursday!"
The 22-date trek includes a special one-off show at London's Electric Ballroom on June 12 following the band's return to the main stage on June 10 at U.K.'s Download festival, and will wrap up on June 29 at the Tuska festival in Helsinki, Finland. For all tour information, visit the Killing Road.
