Canada's metal contingent have been waiting a long time for this. The aptly-titled "Canadian Carnage" tour finally hits the Molson Amphitheatre tonight, Thursday July 29. Initially slated for November 2009, "Canadian Carnage" features Megadeth and Slayer performing a string of co-headlining shows with special guests, Testament. Dave Mustaine was at Chapters in Toronto last night to sign copies of his new autobiography, "Mustaine: A Heavy Metal Memoir". This was the first date of Dave's North American book-singing tour.
