Celeste Amber Montague is the female voice you hear reading the news broadcast at the beginning of the song "Blackmail The Universe". Celeste is a professional newscaster in Phoenix, Arizona and was a friend of Dairen Bennett, who is the voice of the General in the song and also a friend of Dave Mustaine's. This is how she was brought into do the spot on the song.
